1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Me Improve ("the app," "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Me Improve is a free web-based self-improvement application that provides a goals tracker, daily check-in system, and AI-powered pattern analysis. The service is provided as-is and is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within Me Improve — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Me Improve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

Your personal data (goals, check-ins, settings) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any content you enter into the app.

6. AI-Generated Content

Me Improve uses AI to generate personalized insight cards based on your data. These insights are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, or professional guidance of any kind. Do not rely on AI-generated content for health, mental health, or medical decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Me Improve is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Me Improve and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero, since the app is free).

9. Third-Party Services

Me Improve integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Me Improve shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
